Pete,
are they brass?
I have gotten similar grommets at Boaters World (now defunct) but you may have some luck at West Marine or some other boating site.

PM member Truckseats (Tim) he can set you up. Believe he has a thread that shows examples that a search should turn up. The quality is actually better than OEM. The repros use melamine instead of cardboard, the stitching is real and done by hand (not embossed pseudo-stitches), and the scrolling is deeply embossed. The padding is a little thicker so the panels are a little "puffier" than OEM. Mine came from Brothers because I didn't know that Truckseats could supply these. The walrus grain vinyl is similar.

Thanks! Not brass appear chrome/stainless. NAPA has a very close match for the chrome trim screws. The OEM screws are self tapping and shorter.
