i used 100 sq ft of fatmat rattletrap, closed c. foam, & mlv when i did my crew.
thats everywhere except the roof. 50 sq ft should do a reg. cab
got my mlv from these guys

do this 3 stage process & you will be surprised how quiet you can get these squares. nite & day in my crew
