Re: Does anyone here run Sanderson BB8 headers on their big block trucks?

Jason, thanks for the pictures. I do have the correct 1970 big block engine towers (perches) and proper motor mounts. I also am running a 4 speed m-20 munice in the truck, so I need to utilize the stock clutch Z-bar location. The problem I'm concerned about is getting the Z-bar to attach to the block without hitting the #7 primary on the cylinder head. I'm running a stock smallblock ball stud which even offsets z-bar back a bit. I do have an original 1970 big block TRUCK ballstud that I would like to mount. It would bring the z-bar perfectly perpendicular as it should, but headers are a concern. I don't want the z-bar rubbing on the primary or soaking in all that heat. Any pictures you could get of your sandersons back where the zbar bracket is would be extremely helpful. A nice bright flash would be a plus.
