Actually that was only the second time in my life I had been in Kansas. My Gal cousin lives in Park City along with my aunt and I and my other cousin had gone there for a family reunion and birthday party for my aunt and cousin. Command performance type of thing. I'll be back down that way when the truck is done though as I plan for the Lonestar Roundup to be it's first road trip and then a trip to Salina for lead sled .

My ongoing truck projects: 48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six. 71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant. 77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around. |

I'm 64 with a 47 year old wife, a 14 year old son and a 61 year old truck having the time of my life. ( I'm the father of powell72 also).
