Just because you don't have emissions testing doesn't mean you don't have to have cats. They may be able to reject you on a visual check whether they are there or not.
If you gut them, the sound is terrible. I suggest you gut it and weld in a pipe internally and put it back. That way sound is good and visual is good Just my .02 |
