Those are 1949 Plymouth bumpers. Those were used on a lot of customs back in the day.

One of the very few "other" bumpers that look good on these trucks and even compliment the grill somewhat. They were a one year only thing too and that makes them harder to find.

Just saw it on eBay and liked the bumpers for my 50 project
