Long tubes will give the most total torque, most bottom-end torque,and HP.
Shorties are only marginally better than the iron manifolds, and medium length are better - but less than the full length.

Cost is close or the same on all three.

You'll only need smaller tube headers if the engine will be stock.

If you'll be lowering the truck - try to use the med length.
