The best thing is to thoroughly examine the vehicle. Whenever I look at a car or truck I'm thinking about buying, I take a jack, cordless impact, a prybar, and a light. I will spend 30-45 min looking over everything I can.
The second best thing is the big stack of papers/reciepts someone hands to you when you go to look over the car, but that rarely happens. |
