Too bad they aren't closer to the 2 gen k series. The 67-72 guys say the 3 speed 4wd was pretty common on their trucks. I found documentation on the 1st gen's with them, but no pics..... but like the rest above....I didn't check the assembly book either.

darn and i was to leave the burb alone this month, well i do need to either make or find the part!!! i can spare a few hours searching the WWW for it... the best is i know what the part looks like...

The three speed in the K 10 and K 20 series was standard equipment according to the Data books , the 4 speed was optional . Should be more out there but I would have to say less common .
