Would like more input, Is the A/C cab at the firewall heater box area different in the mounting/ screw pattern of the A/C unit on the firewall? mjgord51

Yes , the heater box holes are completely different .
I am just did this on my rusted out base model '60 C/10 , I wanted AC and now have to fiddle with all that . FWIW , they do sell inexpensive " AC Delete " covers so that's not a big deal . If ever you get pulled over in Cali. and asked to step out of the vehicle and they see non rosette rivets , you will begin to care a whole bunch really fast .
