From what I can tell everything is pretty much there.

The bed of the truck was full. They built a shelf under the hood and had the gas tank and radiator sitting under the hood. In he bed under he radiator, gas tank and hood was the windshield, rear window and side windows. The truck has been moved multiple times like this and somehow none of the glass broke.

This pic shows how everything was packed in the bed minus the hood, radiator and gas tank.
