Re: '63 c-10 craiglist find
How does that "Custom" sail panel trim attach to the truck? Obviously there are some screws holding it on, but do they just screw into the cab sheetmetal, or is there a bracket or something behind 'em? I like the way the look and have been keeping an eye out for a usable pair I can add to my '66. Just curious if there's anything else I would need to attach them.

There is one screw on the exterior, around on the back and the end of that little "finger" on the bottom. Then there are two on the inside of the door frame. No big deal to put them on really. Pan head screws and I'm pretty sure they just go into the sheet metal.

I like the mirrors also and plan on using them on my 64 one of these days. |

Re: '63 c-10 craiglist find
It will be closer to $250 which is half of the purchase price. Just not worth it to me in this case, I'd have a hard time getting my money back and I don't intend to fix it and drive it. If it was a $2000 truck, then I would agree.
