Do I repaint only the exterior the copper leaving the top and nose white? I think yes but if want to go blue, they don't get much better looking than this truck .. Oh yea, you need the bodyside moulding too.

Yeah, and the mods you see are all they need to look super hot. Cool 'n' Classy never goes out of style. K.I.S.S. Whatever color you do, keep it a '68 color. If you paint it a '71 color it will look like a '71 with a '68 clip. I love the medium bronze, but I've known these trucks so well for so long it looks cheap to me to use a newer color. I pretty much like the gold to brown range of shades the best. Medium Gold Poly looks great and that's what a 50th anniversary used (or damn close). I painted a project that way

Consider the copper and white. It looks even better in person. I love black, red and original blue truck also, but the copper gets more compliments than my other trucks have with those colors.
