Here at two pictures I have found on my computer. I hope they help I will add a few more once I take them. Basically what I did was place the high hump panel in place and match drill it and the fabricate an extension to the front. We welded nuts to the bottom side and then cutout around the inside following the inner bead-line. I had another junk low hump pan I used to make the extension because it matched the contour pretty well.

I'd cut out the just the cancer and make my own patch panel for it. I've had to do that several times on my truck where the cancer wasn't too bad or no replacement parts were available.
