I would use the return if you have it. A $10 fuel filter is way better when it comes time to change it than a $60 filter that can have a bad regulator straight out of the box. Also vacuum referenced fuel pressure versus a set pressure, so you have to tune for it. I'll never understand peoples infatuation with the returnless rail.....

I used it because that's how my LQ9 came. $60 is way too much to pay for the filter, I got mine for $30, WIX brand.
