Stock truck and having no issues I would stick with what's already in it.
R45TS plugs

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

I would pull them out and look at the burn on them. If they look good go with the same thing.
Back when I had the stock 307 I changed them every 15,000 but I would pull them and wire brush them good also if I thought I had a bad one.
