Sell it and buy a brand new truck.

New lift springs are probably a good upgrade, buy the softest you can. ORD bushings and new shackles did nothing to soften the rider on my lifted K5, dont imagine they would do any thing for your k20.

I have been trying to find ways to soften my ride as well but its proving to be challenging to find much that works. I also put Rancho 9000's on, it seemed to help some.

There is a guy here that recently put 64" springs on his truck from a newer truck, he said it helped quite a bit. I'd like to try it once I have some time and money.
