The dual holes in your replacement starter are what allow it to be used with either flywheel. If you own the mini-starter just replace your other one. Doesn't matter what you have new, the new one will replace it. Will only fit up one way because it won't reach the flywheel or if would be too close if you use the wrong set of holes.
But knowing what is in there will let you know how many teeth are on your flywheel for future reference.
