I have worked on the AC system in a 15 passenger E350. The system works very well. I had the idea of striping the whole rear HVAC system from a Ford van (should be plenty in the junk yard
 ) and patching it into a burb. I think the blower is mounted at the floor and all the ducting is plastic.Just a thought.
