dragging this from the dead,
is your preference on the wider 71-72 rear axle or the earlier axle? If it is on the narrower earlier axle then the 5.5 would be the same on the wider axle. am i understanding this right? Last edited by vegaschevy; 01-17-2010 at 03:53 PM. |

What's up guys. I know this an old thread and I'm not in the 67-72 club n all but I wanna show my new rear tires on here. I originally had 18s all the way around then decided to go 20x10 in the back with a 285 50 20 tire. That's a lot of tire back there. Now I'm trying to figure what I can do to even the stance.

You get a little bit of both with this setup; rubber bands up front with some meat in the back.
