Tough to see but the driveshaft isn't actually touching the ground, its hanging off the front axle. Those are Rockwell type axles with the pinion on top so the driveshaft angles aren't as bad as you might think. If you're referring to the different tire sizes the fenders being cut gives the indication larger tires are supposed to be there.

Please ignore all of this seriousness and return to feeling sorry for all the redneck butchery this poor wrecker has endured.

I promise you that the Craigslist ad says, "Too many projects so I have to let this one go. Just needs you to finish bolting up the driveshafts and swap a set of tires on to the front. NO LOWBALLERS."
