Quality work takes time even with the parts already made to spec. Quality Custom One Off parts just takes more time and patience. Time costs money...
Great work on those parts. There is a shop in the DFW area that has a laser that can cut tubing. Not sure what they charge, but that part could be knocked out in about 1/3 the time start to finish even if you had to do the CAD work and programing the machine to cut the holes in the rectangular tubing.
