Great work on those parts. There is a shop in the DFW area that has a laser that can cut tubing. Not sure what they charge, but that part could be knocked out in about 1/3 the time start to finish even if you had to do the CAD work and programing the machine to cut the holes in the rectangular tubing.
We have several local fab companies with 3 axis cutting systems as well, however I am attempting to be "hands on" with this build for economical reasons but mostly out of stubbornness and pride.

When I have to think my way out of a problem and pull it off,.....It just motivates me to attempt even more technically difficult projects later.
