further searching and answers to posts I found a kit that allows you to install the 83 axle under the 63 truck,, CPP parts # 6072RCK or 6372DRCK
seems its limited to a 3" axle tube, my guess is someone can fab brackets to fit a different dia tube anybody done this swap? |

Yes I do make 5 different size of trailing arm mounts.
http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...d.php?t=620836 I don't currently have a panhard bar mount, but I am working on duplicating the factory '63-'64 mount. The 8.5" 10 bolt found under a '83 C10 will have a 3" axle tube diameter
