Not sure it will run a paint gun well, it had a heck of a time keeping up with a blasting cabinet.

That’s plenty, my gun says 7.1cfm @ 50 PSI. I run my regulator at the compressor at 90psi and then a regulator at the gun pulling it down to 30-40psi depending on what I’m spraying.
