Getting the bed rail on the same plane as the door sills and running boards seems to be a major issue with frame swaps. That may be because some frame swap guys are more interested in throwing it together fast rather than getting it right as the majority of the frame swappers on here tend to do.

I’ve seen some questionable frame swaps and ifs installs. The key is to take the time and line it up. I promise not to make a mess of things.
