You may already know but if not, 1968-69 BB had one alt bracket, 70-71 had another and 72 its own.

Yes I do. I am trying to make a stock looking 68 bb. But not very stock motor.

I had to modify my bracket on my chevelle looked like yours. Think there was a difference in intakes between Holley and Rochester cars and trucks. Mine was a Holley engine . My new mark IV has an edelbrock so I needed to modify the bracket at the intake mount
