Re: Dealer Emblems and Stickers

Applegate has been selling Chevrolet cars and trucks in the same location in Flint, Michigan, since 1912.

Re: Dealer Emblems and Stickers

Left over from my dad's Chevy store, which he sold in 1987 (and where I gained my love for Chevy pickups as a kid). It will go on my 1950 3100 if/when I ever finish that project.

When he retired we got his license plate framed, and when he passed I inherited it.

All dealer plates in NJ begin with D and dealers used to be able to personalize them within the limits of the sequence. He had 7 kids.

Re: Dealer Emblems and Stickers

Have you ever seen one such as this one. This one is original to the car, and the plate was the original plate to the car. 1951 Chevy, second owner.

Cool Re: Dealer Emblems and Stickers

I follow the Squarebody guys and they have some pretty bada** looking tucks and apparently to keep their tucks looking like they came out of the factory that way they use https://www.billetbadges.com and here is some of their work I'm gonna contact them to do my Kerr Chevrolet emblems when I get to that point of my build. Here is a dash emblem they did for a truck called Yellowstone and, a custom dealer type emblem they did.
