Re: AC system choice

read the new regs published this year, there is a hard date it will be illegal to buy, sell or import..

I'm fully aware of the differences and have worked with just about every major type during my career..

it's not sage advice to tell others to disregard the potential difficulties maintaining an R12 system in the future..

yours or my access to refrigerant or equipment does not necessarily translate to the average person that will have to hire this service from others..

Re: AC system choice

Use whatever the system is designed for, or chase your tail trying to get cold air. Aftermarket systems all use 134 now. I use r12 in all my factory systems. I have about 80 or so cans stockpiled so I’ll never run out
