Little help... looking at a 68 K10, is this original?
I don’t remember this kind of cover over the 4X4 lever. You think the transfer case has been changed out?

Looks like an NP208 from a square body was swapped in. It’s common for the original Rockwell cases to be swapped out in the 67-69 trucks.

1985-up crossmember
1980's up np208 t-case and shifter . lots of mix - n - match there for sure .
