I agree with finding a new frame. My frame was bent and the local body shop wouldn't touch it. I bought a donor truck for the frame and sold the bed for the cost of the donor truck and the rented trailer. The bonus is I still have the fenders, hood and vent cowl that I can sell off to pay for more goodies.

Farthest back rear x-member, the one that is angled. Same with the front by the core support. Some how they seem to always be bent from someone wrapping a chain around them. Bed mounts, cab mounts. Linkage pivots, spring hangers all have value

Yep got all of those parts from it. Or at least most of them. The cross members that you said get usually get bent don't look it thankfully.
