I'd really put on normal c10/20 steering equipment, keep you're gear box, use this adapter plate and be done with it: http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...d.php?t=332923

Why would I reuse the gear box? I can't even figure out what its from.

The question remains. Does anyone know or have information on THIS gearbox.

Great advice. I guess its easier to push people to site vendors than to answer questions honestly and straight forward.
