No. The only squares listed in the GM parts books with rear sways are the K/V30 & C/R30 trucks.

Found an AfterMarket ADDCO rear sway bar for 73 & up trucks.
Not sure if it is still available.

Bringing back up an old thread, but there is also the mid to late 70's 3/4 ton rear sway bar that should work on 1/2 tons and 3/4 tons. It was an option on the Camper Edition 3/4 tons. It has a cast piece that wraps around the bottom side of the axle and is held by round ubolts instead of the squared ones. It would have the correct width of the 42.5" spring pad spacing width vs the 40.5" 1 ton spacing.
