I'm in agreement w/these guys. 'Was the tank flange designed/intended to support the weight w/o the straps? ' would be what I want to know.

Re: New 68 Stepper Build...IM BACK!!
There was no strap kit available for this tank. Looks like I’ll be calling tanks inc.

The tank was designed to be installed to the bottom side of the frame. There are no straps or additional support required as the flange was designed to hold the weight of the tank, fuel, and components installed. You can install it in between the frame rails or even on top but it was designed to be hung from the bottom side of the frame rail with 2 bolts on each side. She said to use 3/8 or larger to secure the tank

As for the job offer, it would depend on the offer if it was me. I've been in the Arlington store. It's a mix of knowledgeable & former O'Reillys/Autozone help. What would you be doing for them?

We do pressure washing and landscaping. Miller Svcs, LLC. Went full blown LLC in the beginning of 2020. We do a few other things but nothing crazy. For the most part, like 70%, Im at home anyways. Most of our stuff is done at night and my yard crew runs during reg. hours. We do ok with the contracts I have, but I decided I wasnt going to take a wage from the business and just reinvest. I get 90% disability from the military and TBH, thats really all i need. When i was laid off in 2014 and in 2016, I rearranged my budget. Have been good ever since. Only real downside to the whole thing was the contributions to my IRA.
