Wesco could mix you matching green to paint the affected parts, and you could just buy white vinyl in sheets to cut to size and replace whatever stripes you disturbed. It might look a bit like a work in progress and wouldn't have the shine of a full resto repaint, but it would still look really cool and you could do a little bit at a time while you still had it on the road.
