stock fans temp?

stock 03 van computer thats vats deleted and nothing else, what temp does fan one and fan two turn on and off at?

That would be setup by the tuner..
Mine is set fan1 at 175, fan2 at 185..

well theres a stock setting, if you just turn the fans on. just can't find what it actually is. what is the factory setting for one thats oem electric fan, like an 05 or 06 tahoe?

Found this with google... not sure how accurate it is

Factory temp settings are low speed on at 226 degrees and off at 219 degrees. High speed on at 235 degrees and revert to low speed at 226 degrees. Both fans run at low speed and high speed and fans are commanded off by the PCM when the vehicle speed exceeds 35mph.

thanks. my low fan is coming on and staying on. need to see what temp its coming on at. truck seems to be running warmer but not overheating. not sure whats happening.

An '03 van doesn't have electric fans, so you would have to have them enabled in the tune.

yes it was a stock computer sent to bp to unlock it and turn on the fans. they leave the stock settings just unlock it.

Huh? It is an 03. There is nothing to unlock. Do you mean they enabled the fans?

Ok. I was thinking of literally unlocking the ECU like they do on newer vehicles.
