I have a '68 C/10 [6-lug], a '71 K/1500 [6-lug], a '67 K/10 and a '72 K/5. They all take 6 lugs on 5.5'' spacing.
I'd be stupid to convert to 5 lug, just to run some chronologically incorrect and [imho] garish looking rims.
