Just thought and I may be all wet but it means a splice in your existing hose. In the area of the plastic hose cover take a chunk out of that area. Then rotate the hose on the water pump so the it clears the belt. Then to make it a bit cleaner near the air intake buy a generic 90 degree hose without the dog leg in the hose. Splice it into existing hose.
You can buy splices but I just use exhaust tubing of the correct size welding a bead around the tube on both ends.so the hose can't blow off.
