The 96-07 bell will work fine in a squarebody. Those use an internal slave, so there's minimal interference with anything else, unlike the 92-95 nv4500 with the low-mount external slave.

Does your k30 have a th400/np208 combo? If so, the nv4500 will bolt right in with no changes to the driveshafts or transfer case. The round-pattern th400, round-pattern sm465, and nv4500 are all practically the same length as each other. If your k30 has a np205 like the civilian k30 trucks did, then fitment gets more complicated.

Use the 1985+ squarebody hydraulic clutch pedal assembly. Install a Russel 640281 fitting in the slave. You'll need approximately 30 inches of a brake-fluid-rated AN hose with two female -3AN fittings, but it would be better to measure for the length after you've mocked everything up.
