That looks like an 8ft step is it? There's a guy here in town with a GMC 2wd that looks like it's an 8ft (never seen it close up yet) he has it up for sale...what are they worth? Maybe that'll be the next project.

[sat 8/21/04] continuing saga...
Took the rear window out, and the bed floor off today also gutted the doors, now I have about two days worth of sand blasting to do... Have a slite bow on the inside panel of the tailgate to get out too.
Frame looks pretty good. Really solid, needs a good cleaning then the Eastwoods or POR or something along those lines.

Nope, It's one of the notorious 9Foot step one tons, 1972.
