Burban Rewire Update

Got a lot of progress on the rewire, added LED 3rd Brake and Reverse Lights, added a Rear Cargo Light, and for the dash and floor lights in.

The rear light looks good. For the size of these Suburbans the single light above the driver doesn’t do a whole lot. I added one between the second and third row and was thinking about one in the rear as well

If you add a light to the rear you might consider putting a switch with it so you can operated the light on without opening a front door, or depending on the year, using the headlight switch to turn the lights on. First generation S10 Blazer rear dome lights have a switch built into them.

Also they are just led strips for now I’m looking for something more permanent as I go along, the original backup light are dim at best
As far as the brake light I bought a pickup light assembly I’m going sink in

I was thinking about either one with a switch or possibly a plunger switch similar to the front doors. With rear air I would have to fine a place to mount it though and not interfere with anything.
