Correct statement, except the spades on the new washer pump was not keyed and allowed the wider of the two 2 pin plugs to be plugged in either way. That was concerning to me. I bench tested the pump and verified the pump solinode (I wrote relay in previous post and will fix)sent the plunger the same direction when connected either way.
The wiper motor is keyed and the narrow (pins closer together compared to washer plug) is pole sensitive and must be correctly plugged in. The +12 volt switched power is applied to the right hand pin on a 3 pin wiper motor.
