I see you have a severe-duty clutch -- once you get the shroud adapted to fit, it should be impossible for that truck to overheat. Looking good!

Yes, nice work. I did about the same, but there's no plastic at all. The fan clutch fins are about 1/2" from the radiator.

Idk what the optimum distance is but a half-inch should work. I'm about 5" from radiator but I guess with that "Tunnel Effect" it'll work.

All done. 3 and a half inch wide metal strip secured with little piercing screws with loctite. Merry Christmas.
