Saad, as an FYI that alternator shown in reply #13 is not the correct model/type for your 72 K2500, if interested in more info and pics on the 71 and prior vs. 72 style alternator subject see the below linked thread post #10, #16 and #20. Happy New Year and good luck in your search, Mel in Oregon
