Its the crappy plastic fan. Ordered a bosch al559n off amazon. They shipped it loose in the oem box and the fan is warped. I need to figure out a better replacement. Have 3 alts with bent fans.

I have been debating going more oem like this https://store.alternatorparts.com/25...b_E6eCSTAS2nfL or trying to find a aftermarket metal. Any suggestions?
