Right turn signal comes on when I turn on headlights...
When I turn on the headlights/parking lights, the right blinker comes on...
Before I start chasing wires...just curious if this is a common issue that pops up or any ideas on things to look at first?

I had this same issue. Mine was caused by my right park/blinker assembly. Didn't bother me until the park/blinker light failed. After replacement my right in dash light no longer came on solid with the headlights! Mine are LED. Maybe unplug the assembly and test. -Kevin

Bad Turn Signal Switches can do a lot of goofy gripes.

Just as 68ORANGRSUNSHINE says. Your turn signal switch under your steering wheel is a major culprit when it comet to tour turn signal issues.
