Small update: the fuel tank is in and works, although the gauge does not. Not sure why, as it worked before I swapped tanks, and I made sure it was properly grounded and that the wire was plugged back in on top. The floor dimmer switch was swapped, and the dash pull switch was properly grounded, which resulted in the headlights working. I reduced the return spring weight, and now the throttle works as it should for the new carburetor. The truck still needs tires, a windshield, front brakes, and front fenders. I also still need to figure out why the reverse lights don't work. I'm hoping to do that when things at work slow down again.
