No - the SPID would reflect the build sheet and how the truck left the factory.

If a dealer did an exchange after the fact it would not be reflected on the SPID.

My guess is the assembly plant did not load the option name correctly at the beginning of the model year so any trucks built with (low running RPO) R68 show as blank.

P10 is blank as well, which (I'm going from memory) is the underbed spare tire carrier.

I notice there is not a regular tire RPO shown. Normally it would show "Xxx" (Front), Yxx (rear) and Zxx (spare) so the R68 seems to supercede that.
