In the winter I replaced the steering components on my 63. My understanding is the, at least for the 63, the outer tie rod is short and the sleeve to connect the inner and the outer are long. The 65-66 in your picture has the inner and outer about the same length and the shorter adjuster sleeve. When I went looking for parts, I can't remember if I could not find the 63 tie rods or maybe they were more expensive. I went with all 65-66 parts on mine. I did add disc brakes so I didn't use the original spindles. But again, my understanding is the spindles are same for 63-66. I would definitely confirm what I am saying here.
