Just for Visual purposes, Mcmaster Carr has a lot of body plugs.

You can drill a hole in their truck and find the location then use a hole saw on your truck.

If you use the correct diameter hole saw you can deburr the hole ,spray some paint on the edges and pop the plug in.

You can probably scrounge around the junk yard and maybe find the access body plugs for free.
